We are Nexia DK, Auditors and Consultants, a group of companies that is part of the leading global network of independent audit and consulting firms – Nexia.

Nexia is a full member of the Forum of Firms (FoF) and the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), and ranks among the top international networks according to the International Accounting Bulletin Survey 2025. The Nexia network includes 497 offices in over 118 countries worldwide.

In Ukraine, the Nexia DK group was established in 2003 and today holds a leading position in the Ukrainian market for audit, legal services, valuation, tax, and management consulting. The company’s offices are located in Lviv and Kyiv, but our operations extend far beyond these locations. With around 100 specialists across various business areas, Nexia DK tackles the most complex challenges and helps clients confidently enter new markets.

2024 Nexia DK and Ivan Franko National University of Lviv Sign Cooperation Agreement to Develop Dual Education
This agreement marks a key step in our joint efforts to advance dual education and implement modern teaching methods aimed at preparing highly qualified specialists with a strong focus on practical experience.
2023 All-Ukrainian HR Pro Awards
In November 2023, Nexia DK achieved victory in the "Recruiting" category for the "Study-Work-Study" initiative within the medium-sized business sector.
2022 Nexia DK & EBA Ukraine Recovery Committee
In July, Nexia DK became an official member of the EBA Ukraine Recovery Committee. The committee brings together companies representing various sectors of the economy, united by a common goal of shaping the vision and actively working towards the country's recovery in all its aspects.
2021 Network of the Year
Nexia International (Nexia) has been named Network of the Year, at the Digital Accountancy Awards 2021.
2020 TOP 8 in the world
Nexia International was ranked No. 8 in the new ranking The Accountancy Age Top 20 International Networks 2020.
2019 HR Brand Ukraine 2019 award

2018 International Accounting Bulletin Survey 2018
Nexia International global network of independent accounting and consulting companies was rated 9th among international networks by the International Accounting Bulletin Survey.
2017 Association of Ukrainian entrepreneurs
In July, we joined the Association of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs - the largest united power of Ukrainian entrepreneurs established beyond political interests for the purpose of forming a conductive business environment and popularizing innovations among representatives of small, medium and large enterprises in Ukraine.
2016 Corporate INTL Magazine
Our Company was awarded by the prestigious Corporate INTL Magazine in the category: "Full Service Accountancy Firm of the Year in Ukraine" This award is given to companies that proved successful in the past 12 months and demonstrated superiority both in the business world and in service.
2014 ACCA Approved Employer
We were awarded the prestigious Certified Employer status of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) which proves that the training and personnel development system in the Finance Division of the Nexia DK Group complies with the best international practices. As a Certified Employer the company now has access to a wide range of services and benefits to help recruit and train talented employees specializing in accounting and finances.
2013 IPO Partnership
Nexia DK became an IPO partner of Warsaw Stock Exchange in Western Ukraine on August 1st, 2013. Under the IPO Partnership Program, our Company received an access to direct consultations from WSE experts, updated information on IPO processes for potential customers, participation in the WSE promotional campaigns etc.
2010 UN Global Compact
In November 2010, our Company joined the United Nations Global Compact, and by this declared its intention to support and promote the 10 Principles of the Global Compact concerning human rights, labor standards, environment protection and anti-corruption. We invested maximum efforts into the full implementation of and compliance with all principles of the UNCG.
2008 EBA & Nexia DK
We joined the European Business Association in Ukraine. Membership in the EBA is a proof of our compliance with the highest ethical business standards. Among its benefits are the possibilities of premium training for our employees.
2003 Nexia DK. Auditors & Consultants
The year of establishing Nexia DK. Auditors & Consultants the company delivering services of audit, economic assessment, taxes, legal issues, appraisal and business consulting. In a short period of time we have become one of the leading audit and consulting groups in Ukraine.
