Valuation & Advisory Services at Nexia DK, led by Yaroslav Nagul, have successfully completed an important project on the valuation of the monetary value of intellectual property rights in Singapore.

The project aimed at determining a market value for the sale and write-off of reserves for intellectual property rights was implemented in compliance with the recommendations of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). The valuation was carried out based on Nexia's global best practices and complied with the International Valuation Standards (IVS) and the IRAS e-Taxation Manual: Valuation of Intellectual Property Rights for the Purposes of Section 19B of the Income Tax Act published by the Inland Revenue Service of Singapore. An important milestone in the project was the review and approval of the valuation report by the Inland Revenue Service of Singapore which highlighted the high degree of professional competence and compliance with the highest standards in the industry.
