Cereal Planet PLC whose auditors are Nexia DK joined Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Nexia DK is happy to announce that we signed an IPO Partnership Contract with Warsaw Stock Exchange on 1 August 2013. Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) is a progressive European platform of financial instruments developing at the most dynamic pace.

WSE promotes the concept of turning Warsaw into a trading center for stock issued by foreign companies, including those from Central and Eastern Europe.  By the amount of IPO completed in the second quarter of 2013, WSE was ranked second in Europe after London Stock Exchange.  Thanks to its unique capacities to attract financing, ten top largest Ukrainian companies chose WSE to list their stock.

Under the IPO Partnership Program, Nexia DK received access to direct consultations from WSE experts, updated information on IPO processes for potential customers, participation in the WSE promotional campaigns etc.

NewConnect is a WSE-run new platform for financing and trading for young companies with high growth potential that want to turn innovation (of their products, services, business processes) to their advantage.

Cereal Planet PLC is a food stuffs group registered in Cyprus that produces cereals and porridges.  WSE adopted a resolution on allowing the company to be quoted at WSE NewConnect.

The company’s investment program comprises EUR 1.2 mln and is financed through the issue of stocks and own funds.  The Group envisions renovation and expansion of its manufacturing facilities.

In 2012, Cereal Planet PLC declared the revenue of EUR 29.5 mln and the income of EUR 312 thousand.  According to forecasts, in 2013, the company plans to reach revenue of EUR 27.7 mln  and net income of almost EUR 0.9 million.

Cereal Planet PLC was the first Ukrainian-origin company that debuted at WSE in 2013.
